Portfolio workflow demonstration

Review your next renewals with an AI assistant.

Turn account records into a shortlist you can review. Separate upcoming renewals from expired names and missing dates before deciding what to keep.

Interactive example with fictional .example domains. This walkthrough makes no live account calls and does not renew domains.

From instruction to review list

Five records. One clear review.

Example review date: September 10, 2026. The window includes September 10 through October 10. These fixed dates keep the example reproducible.

List the domains in my AIvikings account. Show those expiring in the next 30 days. Keep expired names and missing expiry dates separate. Do not renew anything.

Choose the first step to inspect the sample records.

Try the workflow with your own account.

  1. Connect your assistant. Follow the ChatGPT or Claude connection guide.
  2. Start with account records. Ask the assistant to list domains in the connected AIvikings account. Check the completeness and freshness of the returned records.
  3. Define the review window. Specify the review date, time zone and inclusion of the last day. Surface missing or conflicting expiry data separately.
  4. Review exact-domain pricing. Separate registration prices from renewal quotes. Check premium names individually.
  5. Approve a precise action list. Decide which names to retain. After execution, reconcile each requested renewal with its registrar result.

Build a repeatable review.

Read the portfolio management guide and the renewal checklist. For client domains in a billing platform, see the WHMCS module and renewal exception guide.
