Ambassador Program Terms

These Ambassador Program Terms ("Ambassador Terms") govern participation in the AIvikings ambassador and referral program (the "Program"). They are in addition to, and incorporate by reference, the AIvikings Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By joining the Program you agree to these Ambassador Terms. The Program is operated by AIvikings.

1. Who can participate

You may join the Program if you hold a valid AIvikings account in good standing and are of legal age in your jurisdiction. Employees and contractors of AIvikings, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to earn rewards unless AIvikings expressly allows this in writing.

2. How the Program works

When you join, your dashboard shows the referral details you can share with customers. A referred customer may be attributed to you through your referral link or by entering your name in the "referred by" field when they sign up. One ambassador may be attached to a referred account, and attribution is locked at signup unless AIvikings corrects an obvious error.

3. What referred customers receive

The customer you refer receives 10 domain registration credits when their cumulative account funding reaches $50, provided the funding is paid, cleared, and not refunded, reversed, or charged back. This grant is available once per referred account.

A domain registration credit covers one new eligible domain registration through AIvikings. Domain credits can currently be used for new registrations on .icu, .sbs, .cfd, .cyou, and .bond. They do not cover renewals, transfers, premium fees, redemption fees, taxes, or any other service unless AIvikings states otherwise.

4. What ambassadors earn

You earn 1 domain registration credit for every 10 domains your referred customer pays for through AIvikings during that customer's first 12 months. Paid domain activity includes new registrations, transfers, and renewals. Free, promotional, refunded, reversed, or charged back orders do not count.

Rewards are calculated on paid, non-refunded activity only. We round down to the nearest whole credit and may carry the remaining counted activity forward during the referred customer's first 12 months.

5. About Registration Credits

Rewards under the Program are issued only as domain registration credits ("Registration Credits"). One Registration Credit entitles the holder to one new live registration on an eligible TLD through AIvikings. Eligible TLDs are .icu, .sbs, .cfd, .cyou, and .bond. Registration Credits have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged for money, or used for any TLD that is not listed as eligible, and may be used only for new registrations through AIvikings.

Registration Credits expire 12 months after they are issued if not used, unless AIvikings states a different expiry in writing.

6. No reward for free signup domains

No ambassador reward is earned in respect of a referred customer's free signup domain or any other free or promotional registration. The Program rewards paid, non-refunded customer activity only.

7. Refunds, chargebacks, fraud, and clawback

If an order, funding event, registration, transfer, or renewal that generated Registration Credits is refunded, reversed, charged back, cancelled for fraud, or otherwise found not to qualify, the credits it generated may be reversed. We may cancel unused Registration Credits, adjust your balance, suspend accrual, or offset the shortfall against future rewards.

We may withhold rewards while an account, payment, order, or referral relationship is under review.

8. Prohibited conduct

You may not refer yourself or create accounts to refer yourself, including through additional emails, identities, payment instruments, or devices; use spam, misleading claims, or any unlawful or deceptive method to obtain signups; misrepresent AIvikings, its services, pricing, or the Program; or attempt to manipulate tracking, registration, funding, or reward logic.

We may withhold, reverse, or claw back rewards, and suspend or terminate your participation, if we reasonably believe you have engaged in prohibited conduct.

9. Dashboard and reporting

Your referral link and live credit balance are shown in your dashboard. Dashboard figures may be delayed by processing, refunds, payment clearing, fraud review, or reconciliation. AIvikings records are authoritative for reward calculation.

10. Identity verification

Before Registration Credits are issued or used, we may require you to complete identity verification using the method we specify. We may withhold rewards until verification is complete, and may decline to issue or allow use of rewards where verification fails or where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, sanctions risk, or other unlawful activity.

11. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may change, suspend, or end the Program, or these Ambassador Terms, at any time. We will post material changes on the AIvikings website, and your continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for breach of these Ambassador Terms or the Terms of Service.

12. Tax

You are responsible for any taxes arising from rewards you receive.

13. Data

Participation involves processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the referrer-to-referred relationship, dashboard metrics, identity verification, account funding events, paid domain activity, reward records, and fraud prevention signals. 14. Governing law

These Ambassador Terms are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Luxembourg (Tribunal d'arrondissement de Luxembourg), consistent with the Terms of Service.
