Ambassador Program Terms

These Ambassador Program Terms ("Ambassador Terms") govern participation in the AIvikings ambassador and referral program (the "Program"). They are in addition to, and incorporate by reference, the AIvikings Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By joining the Program you agree to these Ambassador Terms. AIvikings is operated by AIvikings.

1. Who can participate

You may join the Program if you hold a valid AIvikings account in good standing and are of legal age in your jurisdiction. Employees and contractors of AIvikings, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to earn rewards.

2. How the Program works

When you join, you receive a unique referral link or code. When a new user creates an AIvikings account through your link or code, that user is recorded as your referred user. We track this relationship from the moment of signup.

3. Rewards

Rewards under the Program are issued only as .icu domain registration credits ("Registration Credits"). One Registration Credit entitles the holder to one live registration of a .icu domain through AIvikings. Registration Credits have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged for money, or used for any TLD other than .icu, and may be used only for new .icu registrations through AIvikings.

You may earn Registration Credits as follows:

(a) First paid registration reward. You earn 5 Registration Credits when a referred user completes their first paid .icu registration, meaning a live .icu registration funded from that user's own account balance and not from any free or promotional grant. This reward is subject to completion of identity verification (see section 5) and is issued only after a hold period of 30 days from the qualifying registration, during which it may be withheld or cancelled if the registration or related payment is refunded, reversed, or found to be fraudulent.

(b) Funding reward. You earn 10 Registration Credits when a referred user completes a qualifying account top-up, once AIvikings billing and account funding are live, and once that funding has remained in place for 30 days without refund, reversal, or chargeback.

No reward is earned in respect of a referred user's free signup domain or any other free or promotional registration. Rewards require the referred user to have spent or funded real money as described above.

We may limit the number of qualifying referrals an ambassador can earn to 10 per calendar month. Referrals beyond this limit in a given month are not rewarded.

4. Timing: tracked now, issued later

The Program operates before AIvikings billing is live. During this period your referrals are tracked and shown in your ambassador dashboard, but no reward is earned or issuable yet, because both rewards require a referred user to spend or fund real money, which is not yet possible. Once billing is live, we will reconcile tracked referrals and issue Registration Credits for each referral that becomes qualifying under section 3, subject to identity verification and the applicable hold periods.

We do not guarantee a date for billing launch and may change Program mechanics before then (see section 10).

5. Identity verification

Before any Registration Credits are issued to you, you must complete identity verification using the method we specify. We may withhold all rewards until verification is complete, and may decline to issue rewards where verification fails or where we reasonably suspect fraud.

6. What referred users receive

The benefits available to a referred user are described on the AIvikings website and may change. As of the date above they include the ability to register one .icu domain at no charge, use of the domain availability checker, and access to test (non-live) domain registrations. The free .icu registration covers the first registration period only; renewal requires payment once billing is live, failing which the domain may lapse.

In addition, once AIvikings billing and account funding are live, a referred user who completes a qualifying account top-up, cleared past the applicable hold period, receives 10 Registration Credits on the same terms set out in section 3 and section 9.

7. Prohibited conduct

You may not refer yourself or create accounts to refer yourself, including through additional emails, identities, payment instruments, or devices; use spam, misleading claims, or any unlawful or deceptive method to obtain signups; misrepresent AIvikings, its services, pricing, or the Program; or attempt to manipulate tracking, registration, funding, or reward logic.

We may withhold, reverse, or claw back rewards, and suspend or terminate your participation, if we reasonably believe you have engaged in prohibited conduct or if a referred user's qualifying registration or funding is refunded, reversed, or charged back.

8. Fraud, clawback, and credit reversal

Rewards are contingent on genuine, retained registrations and funding by referred users. If a referred user's qualifying paid registration or funding is later refunded, reversed, or charged back, the associated reward may be reversed, including by cancelling unused Registration Credits in your balance and adjusting your balance accordingly. You authorise such adjustments. Where Registration Credits have already been redeemed, we may offset the shortfall against future rewards.

9. Registration Credit terms

Registration Credits earned under the Program each entitle the holder to one live .icu domain registration through AIvikings. They are usable only for new .icu registrations through AIvikings, have no cash value, are not withdrawable, transferable, or exchangeable for money or for any other TLD, and expire 12 months after they are issued if not used.

10. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may change, suspend, or end the Program, or these Ambassador Terms, at any time. We will post material changes on the AIvikings website, and your continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time for breach of these Ambassador Terms or the Terms of Service.

11. Tax

You are responsible for any taxes arising from rewards you receive.

12. Data

Participation involves processing of personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the referrer-to-referred relationship, dashboard metrics, and identity verification. See the Privacy Policy section on the Ambassador Program.

13. Governing law

These Ambassador Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts, consistent with the Terms of Service.
