Special Conditions for Individual Top-Level Domains
Special registry conditions that may apply to individual top-level domains registered through AIvikings.
Different top-level domains may be subject to different registry rules, eligibility requirements, pricing structures, renewal periods, redemption periods, reserved-name rules, verification requirements, or acceptable-use requirements.
By registering, renewing, transferring, or managing a domain through AIvikings, you agree that the rules of the relevant top-level domain registry apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions, Registry Policies, Acceptable Use Policy, and any other AIvikings policy that applies to your account.
Registry-specific rules
Some registries may require additional information, impose eligibility restrictions, reserve or block certain names, charge premium registration or renewal fees, or apply different renewal, expiry, redemption, transfer, or dispute rules. These requirements may change from time to time.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for making sure that you are eligible to register and use the domain name you order, and that the domain name and its use comply with the rules of the relevant registry and applicable law.
Registry action
A registry, registrar, or domain administrator may refuse, suspend, lock, delete, cancel, transfer, or otherwise affect a domain where permitted or required by its rules, ICANN policy, a court order, law, or an abuse or rights-protection process. AIvikings is not liable for registry action outside our reasonable control.
Premium and reserved names
Some domain names are reserved, restricted, or priced as premium names. Premium registration, renewal, transfer, redemption, or restoration fees may differ from standard fees. Where a premium or special fee applies, the applicable fee is shown before you confirm the order where technically available to us.
