Refund and Billing Policy
How pre-paid balance, domain fees, payment methods, and refund requests are handled.
This policy explains how billing, payment, and refunds work for AIvikings. It forms part of the Terms and Conditions.
1. Payment methods
We accept payment by card through Stripe and by crypto-asset through Nicky. Payments are processed by these providers under their own terms. We do not store full card numbers.
2. Pre-paid balance
Domain fees are normally drawn from a pre-paid account balance. You add funds to your balance, and registration, renewal, and related fees are deducted as you use the services. Your current balance and transaction history are shown in your account.
3. Domain fees are non-refundable
Domain registrations and renewals are paid through to the registry and are non-refundable once the registration or renewal has been submitted, including where a domain is later suspended, cancelled, or transferred. This reflects the underlying registry charges, which we cannot recover. Please check the domain name carefully before you confirm.
4. Unused pre-paid balance
Unused funds in your pre-paid balance that have not been applied to a registration or renewal may be refunded on request to the original payment method, subject to identity and anti-fraud checks. A minimum balance of USD 100 is required to request a refund, and a processing fee of USD 20 applies to each refund. Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
5. Incorrect charges
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, contact us at hello@aivikings.ai within a reasonable period and we will investigate and correct any error.
6. Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy affects mandatory consumer-protection rights that cannot be excluded by law. See the consumer right of withdrawal section in the Terms and Conditions.
