Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") forms part of the Terms and Conditions and applies to everyone who uses AIvikings, including automated agents acting on your behalf.

1. Prohibited activity

You must not use the services, or any domain registered through us, to: - Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications - Host or distribute malware, ransomware, or run botnet command-and-control - Operate phishing, fraud, or other deceptive schemes - Distribute child sexual abuse material or other content that is illegal to possess or share - Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of others - Engage in unlawful, harassing, or abusive activity, or violate applicable sanctions or export laws - Abuse the API or MCP server, including attempts to bypass rate limits, authentication, or security controls

2. Automated use

Automated and agent-driven registration is expressly permitted and supported. You remain responsible for everything your agents do through your account, and your agents must comply with this AUP and with all registry and ICANN rules. Registrant data submitted by an agent must be accurate and verifiable.

3. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend, lock, or cancel domains or accounts that breach this AUP, with or without notice depending on the severity and on what registry or ICANN policy requires. Abuse can be reported as set out in the Abuse Policy.
